Effective Date: March 7, 2026
Welcome to Oh Hell Scorekeeper (“we,” “our,” or “us”). We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting it. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and what rights you have when you use our iOS application (the “App”).
Oh Hell Scorekeeper does not collect, store, or share any personal data.
All data generated by the App—including player names, game history, scores, and statistics—is stored locally on your device using Apple’s native secure storage (SwiftData).
We do not have access to your data. We do not transmit your data to any external servers, and we do not share your data with any third parties.
Currently, the App does not integrate any third-party analytics or crash reporting tools. If you experience a crash, you may choose to share crash logs with Apple through the standard iOS opt-in analytics sharing, which Apple may anonymize and share with us to help improve the App.
Because our App does not collect any personal information, we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by updating the “Effective Date” at the top of this policy and, if necessary, providing a notice within the App.
